Matthew 12:36 (HCSB) I tell you that on the day of judgment people will have to account for every careless word they speak.
Our society is filled with wicked and vile speech. We not only watch and hear it, we often repeat it without thinking. Ask God for discernment as we begin to prayerfully examine our words.

The Lord really seems to be trying to tell me I need work in this area. It's been the subjecct of my devotions for the past few days.
